Unlike brokers who focus only on listing and selling, we take a holistic, pre-sale approach. Drawing on our wealth management background, we help you prepare for a successful exit by aligning the right attorneys, CPAs, and growth specialists, strengthening your business before going to market. Instead of blasting open listings, we privately introduce your company to curated, qualified buyers to maximize value and maintain confidentiality.

We specialize in working with lower-middle-market businesses with $5M to $100M in revenues and typically $1 - $10mil EBITDA. For business outside that range, we can still offer expert advice and make value-add introductions.

There is no charge to the seller and no retainer charged to buyer. We charge pre-determined fee to the buyer based on a successful close to be collected within 30 days of closing.

The readiness-and-value-lift phase typically runs 3-9 months; curated buyer outreach through close adds another 4-6 months. Accelerated timelines are possible if the business is already exit-ready.

Yes. We operate under NDAs, share teasers only after buyer vetting, and release anonymized data packs post-NDA. Your team controls every disclosure.
